I ordered before a sale. Can I still get the sale discount?

Any orders placed up to 24 hours before a sale is officially announced via email, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are eligible to have the sale's savings refunded to their account.

Orders made more than 24 hours before the sale was announced will not be eligible for coupon related refunds.

If your order was made within 24 hours of the sale being active, contact us to submit a request for a refund amount for the savings.
