I ordered before a sale. Can I still get the sale discount?

Any orders placed up to 24 hours before a sale is officially announced via email, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or Instagram are eligible to have the sale savings refunded to their account.

Orders placed more than 24 hours before a sale is announced are not eligible for coupon-related refunds.

If your order was placed within 24 hours of a sale going live, please contact us to submit a request for a refund of the difference.
