What information will I receive after placing my order?

 After an order is placed, we send out a couple of emails containing your shipping information:

  1. When the order is packed and ready for shipment.
  2. When the order is delivered to your door.

If you have not received your shipping information, it is typically due to one of the following: 

  • The email address was entered incorrectly.
  • The email spam filter redirected our messages.

To avoid these issues, please double-check the spelling of your email address. If you have not received an update within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder.


When will I get my order?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm EST.

Orders placed through our online store ship on the next business day. If you provide your email address at checkout, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Friday orders.

If your order is placed on a Friday, it will ship out the following Monday. If that Monday is a holiday, your order will ship on Tuesday. 

Expedited Friday orders.

If you place an order on Friday and need it to ship before the weekend, please contact us to submit a request for expedited shipment. If the request is made by 2:00 p.m. EST, we will happily ship your order before the weekend.
