Following a recent shift in Instagram's algorithm in 2026, questions arise: are Instagram growth services safe for use?

I've read that Meta has been doing more to crack down on third party tools and on not being authentic. I don't want to damage my account/ reputation because of using ig tools that are not allowed or breaking ToS or if I use a growth agency. I want to verify that boostbysocial is 100% compliant, before I sign up anywhere I want to make sure I don't get shadowbanned after the recent updates in the meta policy from Meta.
