Starting a return or exchange is pretty simple.
Just contact us to submit a request. You can contact us by using our widget or from any page inside the Help Center. You can also contact us here.
If you would like a return, be sure to let us know your order number as well as the items you would like to return and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your items, we inspect them and proceed with the refund process. This usually happens some time within 5-7 business days of reception.
Once the refund is processed, we will send an email confirmation and you can expect to see it reflect in your account in 3 to 5 business days.
If you would like an exchange please let us know which valve you have, as well as which valve you would like to exchange it for. If you do not know which valve you need that is no problem, we'll do some digging to find out what's best suited for you.
