How do I start a return or exchange?
Starting a return or exchange is simple.

If you would like to initiate a return, please provide your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and initiate the refund process. This typically occurs within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. After the refund is processed, we will send an email confirmation; you can expect to see the credit reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
Exchanges.
If you would like an exchange, please let us know which valve you currently have and which valve you would like to receive in exchange. If you are unsure which valve you need, that is no problem; we will research the best option for your vehicle.
